I’ve been wanting to try some products from Sleek MakeUP for ages, so I finally placed an order recently, and I’ve been in product love ever since. If you’re not familiar, Sleek MakeUP is sold in discount stores in the UK. Sort of along the lines of the Iman or Jemma Kidd products sold in Target. I’ve heard that the products are super pigmented and a great value, so I was excited to finally try them out!
I purchased a couple of i Divine eyeshadow palettes, a Face Contour Kit, a Luminaire Concealer Highlighter, and the two Blush by 3 palettes that I’ll be reviewing today. Blush by 3 palettes, $12.49 contain three powder blushes in complementary shades. I purchased Pink Sprint, a trio of pink and berry matte shades, and Sugar, a trio of mauve, bronze and orange matte and shimmer shades.
I la-la-love these blushes! They are ridiculously pigmented and give skin the prettiest flush of color. They last all day and the quality is comparable to my favorite high-end blushes. Sugar offers a more natural, bronze-y finish, while Pink Sprint gives a much bolder pop of color. I’ve been wearing Pink Ice (the hot pink center shade in Pink Sprint) pretty much every day since these arrived. I also like the sturdy packaging and big mirror on the compact.
I highly recommend giving these a try if you’re in the market for blush. It’s rare to find affordable blushes that look great on brown skin, so these are a definite steal. Shipping to the US is only $6.49, which is incredibly affordable considering the distance it’s traveling (shoot, most US online store charge more than that). Just keep in mind that your package won’t arrive quickly, and you should give it a couple of weeks.
I’ll be sharing my reviews of the other products from my order soon. I had plans to get Sleek MakeUP’s new BB Cream I keep hearing so much about, but it didn’t go on sale until the day after I placed my order (womp, womp!). So hopefully, I’ll order that and the new Face Form Kit to review soon! I’ll be out of town for several days this week, so I’ll try to get the other items I have up before I go.
Have you heard of or tried Sleek MakeUP? What do you think of these blushes?
