Beauty Steal: Black Radiance Ice Angel Refreshing Lip Gloss

While in Wal-Mart several weeks ago, I picked up a few Black Radiance beauty products. One that stood out the most was the new Ice Angel Refreshing Lip Gloss, $3.

I love this gloss becuase it’s richly pigmented and gives lots of great shine without being sticky. Plus, it has a refreshing mint scent and sweet taste (should you happen to lick your lips!). For under $5, this lipgloss is a great value and compares to many higher priced lip glosses. Ice Angel is not available online as of now, but you can pick it up at select Wal-Mart and Walgreens stores.

While in Wal-Mart last night, I remembered your review of this product. I was almost out of my Cover Girl Wet Slicks AmazeMint lip gloss & thought I’d try this Black Radiance Ice Angel as a less expensive alternative. But I couldn’t find it. Do you know if this was a limited holiday edition? Thanks!

I was shopping for a lip gloss to wear to a Grammy award party in Walmart this past Sunday. I like minty glosses that make my lips tingle. I saw the Black Radiance Ice Angel in Plum and picked up thinking it would be a sheer, so-so gloss — especially for the price. To my surprise, it was thick, rich and creamy — but not sticky. The color was full and vibrant, like a lipstick and it smells sensational! I will buy it again in as many colors as I can find. That Walmart only had a few colors because the BR display had been plundered — and now I know why! Great product! I highly recommend it.
